SETS AND REPS

5:30-6:30pm |  Golds Venice

Here's the deal...this is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class that challenges our physical ability and also tests our warrior mentality.  You will reap the benefits of this ultimate calorie-burning workout through circuit combinations of cardiovascular drills and resistance training.  With plenty of modifications provided, this class is suitable for all fitness levels.

DANCE MIX

7:00-8:00pm | Golds Venice

This is a total body, high energy, easy-to-follow cardio dance workout that will guarantee a fabulous sweat sesh. It is the most fun you will ever have sweating and dancing, while getting in the best shape of your life. This is a supportive environment where students of all dance skills are welcome. Expect to release your inner rockstar, and to leave feeling like a badass!

THE BATTLE

This unique outdoor circuit class mixes it up with lots of different fitness equipment and body weight exercises to keep you guessing—and most importantly having fun.  An unforgettable experience as we use Sound Off, wireless headphone technology  where we are the only ones that can hear the badass music! Think Silent Disco...for fitness!

Come workout to the hottest music in this heart-pumping, total body sculpting, muscle chiseling class. It is a High Intensity Interval Training class designed to help you balance, strengthen, and use your core like never before! Individuals are encouraged to make it their own, all levels welcome.
